This website and online shop are operated by Unicook Ltd. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from our online shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers and customers.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are verifying that you are least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason and refund the amount paid in full.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update our prices at any time and without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
In the event that we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Delivery is available to Mainland Britain and Northern Ireland only.
Delivery charges are included in the product prices displayed in the shop. There will be no delivery charges added at checkout.
We will normally process and dispatch orders within 2 working days subject to availability. In the event that delivery will take longer than two working days a member of staff will contact you within 1 working day of placing your order and advise the expected delivery date. If goods cannot be delivered within 7 days of you placing the order, you will be offered the option of cancelling your order and receiving a refund.
All goods are sent via a tracked service using a reputable carrier and a signature will be required upon receipt. Royal Mail are our preferred carrier but we may use others from time to time. Delivery is normally a next working day service but this cannot be guaranteed.
You will receive an email providing the tracking number once the goods have been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard branding.
All payments are processed securely using Stripe.
All products available for sale in the Unicook Shop are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, Unicook will offer you a refund providing you request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order and return items to be refunded to Unicook in their original and unused condition.
Goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging and instructions.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to email@example.com and include the order reference number that you received after your order was placed together with your full name and the date that your order was placed. Instructions for the return of goods will be provided upon receipt of a valid request for a refund.
Goods must be returned by post and the cost of this is to be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the debit or credit card that was used for the original payment. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of Unicook receiving your returned items.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date, however accuracy of information cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any information is found to be inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
